We are helping Kaller Architecture find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Project Architect.

"Designs detailed building plans, ensures compliance with codes, collaborates with teams, and manages projects."

Compensation:

USD 4.5K - 9K/month.

Bonuses (up to 5% of base compensation)

What makes you a strong candidate:

• You are expert in architecture, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit.
• You are proficient in proposal writing and urban planning law.
• English - Fully fluent.

Responsibilities and more:

• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Technical knowledge in the Florida Building Code and local zoning codes.
• Experience with City requirements and submissions including but not limited to South Florida.
• Experience in AutoCAD and REVIT (THIS IS A MUST).
• Sketchup, Photoshop and/or 3DS Max is a plus.
• Liaising with construction and engineering professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
• Check site visits to review and receive ongoing updates as to the construction
• progress.
• Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
• Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
• Specifying the requirements for the project.
• Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
• Traveling to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
• Manage outsourcing teams for production efficiently and effectively tracking time and project budget.
