We are helping Kaller Architecture find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Project Architect.

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are expert in architecture, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Revit.
- You are proficient in proposal writing and urban planning law.
- English - Fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
- Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
- Technical knowledge in the Florida Building Code and local zoning codes.
- Experience with City requirements and submissions including but not limited to South Florida.
- Experience in AutoCAD and REVIT (THIS IS A MUST).
- Sketchup, Photoshop and/or 3DS Max is a plus.
- Liaising with construction and engineering professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
- Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists.
- Check site visits to review and receive ongoing updates as to the construction
- progress.
- Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments.
- Writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
- Specifying the requirements for the project.
- Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
- Traveling to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings
- Manage outsourcing teams for production efficiently and effectively tracking time and project budget.
Salary : $4,500 - $9,000
