What are the responsibilities and job description for the Men's Shelter Administrative Assistant position at Emmaus Haven?
The Emergency Homeless Shelter operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, second, third, weekends, and as needed. The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive and responsive services to the residents of the shelter, provide shift reports, and support a clean and well-maintained facility. Staff also facilitate social and wellness activities for residents. Experience assessing emergencies and providing crisis support is required, along with excellent communication and computer skills. Must be flexible and able to work independently.
Work Schedule: Day shift, 8:00 - 4:00 p.m.
