Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officers to join our team as on call as needed . The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to conflict management, surveillance, and loss prevention, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed diligently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems, including CCTV.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain order and ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
- Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches or incidents, documenting findings accurately.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report criminal activities or suspicious behavior.
- Provide assistance in emergency situations, utilizing skills in CPR and first aid as needed.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills in conflict management and loss prevention strategies.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and security protocols is highly desirable.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus; additional training in conflict management or loss prevention will be beneficial.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure while effectively managing conflicts.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse groups of people in various situations.
