Job Summary: As a member of our Inside Sales Team, you'll drive new business by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions over the phone. Possess a deep knowledge of Empire Access’s product offerings, mastering the art of sales while delivering top-notch customer experiences.
The ideal candidate is energized by connecting with customers over the phone, easily and quickly building rapport, understanding their needs, providing solutions and closing sales. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Engage in a consultative sales process to uncover customer needs and present tailored solutions that resonate.
- Set your sights on exceeding sales targets, connecting with customers via telephone, email, chat, and more with various customer inquiries.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently and thoroughly, researching solutions and collaborating with other departments as needed.
- Exercise sound judgment to ensure both customer satisfaction and company success.
- Foster meaningful relationships with customers, colleagues, and leaders, driving team success.
- Demonstrate impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, to keep everyone in the loop.
- Embrace flexibility, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, to meet organizational goals.
- Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
- Proven success in telephone-based inside sales
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Skilled with CRM systems, productivity tools, and virtual presentation platforms
- Organized, motivated, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree from a two-year college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years in inside sales, call center sales, or a similar phone-based role
Working Conditions: The role may involve working outside of standard business hours to meet critical deadlines or attending meetings. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Hybrid working arrangements may be considered, allowing for a combination of office and remote work.
Pay Range: The base pay for this position generally is between $39,000 and $51,000 per year. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
***In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $23,400.
