Overview
Empire Office is currently seeking a Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our growing team in Milford, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the overall financial operations of the company and contributing to our organizational goals.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Assist Sales Teams and Department Managers.
- Reconcile monthly statements and Vendor accounts.
- Ability to troubleshoot.
The ideal candidate must possess the following skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn an ‘inhouse’ system.
- Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as a Team.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Accounts payable: 1 year (Required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
- Organizational skills: 1 year (Required)
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
