Job Summary: The Employee Benefits Compliance Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring that our client's employee benefits programs are in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring regulatory updates, coordinating with clients to ensure compliance, and supporting the implementation of new benefits programs. The position will report to and be mentored by the Compliance Manager, offering a valuable opportunity for professional growth and development.
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding and implementing compliance requirements, providing support on regulatory issues with timely and accurate communication. You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and maintaining compliance-related documentation, ensuring all records meet regulatory standards. Additionally, you will assist in preparing for internal and external audits, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure proper documentation is in place. Collaborating with the benefits team, you will contribute to the development and updating of internal policies and procedures to maintain compliance with current regulations. Staying informed on federal, state, and local regulations related to employee benefits, you will monitor and analyze changes that may impact clients' benefits programs.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A strong understanding of employee benefits laws and regulations, along with excellent organizational and time management skills, is essential. We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
