About the Position
We are seeking an entry-level or mid-level attorney to join our team and help us continue our mission of fighting for workers' rights. As an employment law attorney at our center, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage theft.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective legal strategies for client cases.
- Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to achieve case goals.
- Pursue continuing education opportunities to stay up-to-date on changes in employment law.
Qualifications
- A current license to practice law in Maryland.
- 0-3 years of civil litigation experience (new attorneys are encouraged to apply, and attorneys with more than 3 years of experience will also be considered).
- A strong interest in civil rights and/or employment law.
