As a Program Manager II, you will lead multiple concurrent aerospace programs, ensuring alignment with both customer and company objectives. You will be responsible for developing program plans, mitigating risks, overseeing financial performance, and maintaining effective communication with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Program Management : Oversee multiple concurrent programs, ensuring they meet customer and company objectives.
- Program Planning & Risk Management : Develop comprehensive program plans, including risk assessments and contingency strategies to ensure project success.
- Leadership of IPTs : Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and driving accountability for timely deliverables.
- Customer Communication : Maintain regular communication with customers, providing program updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Bid & Proposal Support : Collaborate with business development teams to prepare bids, proposals, and accurate cost estimates to support new business opportunities.
