Job Summary
Employment Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Clerk to join a dynamic warehouse team in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain processes. This position requires strong clerical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a knack for office management. The Logistics Clerk will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients.
Must Have and Job Duties:
- File export declarations with the government
- Communicate with suppliers
- Transferring phone calls internally to correct departments
- Answering phone calls at times
- Sends approvals and proofs to suppliers
- Working with ACD's and ITN's
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in logistics/shipping industry
- Familiarity with US Export Regulations
- Experience with Automated Export System
- Preferred experience working with the government (not mandatory)
- Really looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with the company
- Must be fluent in English
