As a Shipping Clerk you will be part of a team that's dedicated to ensuring patients and healthcare practitioners receive their medications on time, every time.

• Processes and prepares orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in accordance with established procedures.
• Prepares shipping labels and packaging to ensure correct delivery to patients.
• Investigates wrongly delivered and lost packages.
• Verifies addresses using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip or USPS Endicia software suites.
• Performs quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilizes the best method for product packing and shipping based on standard procedures to include type of packaging, unique conditions (i.e. refrigeration), etc. to ensure safe and secure delivery.
• Processes patient charges from patient order documents.
• Ensures the shipping area is always clean and organized.
• Monitors inventory levels of shipping supplies and communicates any shortages or discrepancies to management.
• Completes special projects assigned by supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in shipping and/or logistics preferred.
• Ability to work assigned schedule is required.
