Program Coordinator

Job Summary
The Program Coordinator (PC) will oversee and manage a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring that services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality. In this supervisory role, the PC will collaborate closely with clients, their families, and internal teams to ensure that service objectives are met, family needs are addressed, and company standards are maintained. The PC is responsible for managing caseloads, providing clinical support, and ensuring the sustainable and effective operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision & Support of RBTs:

• Provide regular guidance, feedback, and ongoing training to RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Conduct performance evaluations and monitor RBTs to ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and best practices.
• Foster a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages professional development for RBTs.

Client & Family Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for families, addressing concerns, updating on progress, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction with services.
• Ensure clear and open communication with families, ensuring they are actively involved in the treatment planning and progress monitoring process.
• Coordinate treatment goals between the RBTs and families to ensure consistency across settings.

Program Management:

• Oversee and manage a caseload of clients, ensuring that their treatment plans and goals are being met in a timely and effective manner.
• Collaborate with the clinical team to adjust treatment plans and behavior strategies as necessary to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Review and analyze data to assess progress, recommend interventions, and make necessary modifications to treatment plans.

Collaboration & Service Delivery:

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams (clinical staff, administrators, etc.) to ensure that services are delivered in a holistic, client-centered manner.
• Provide direction and input on programmatic adjustments, ensuring service delivery aligns with both client needs and company goals.

Operational Support:

• Assist with clinic operations and any logistical needs to ensure a smooth-running, efficient clinical environment.
• Conduct/participate in team meetings and provide input on service improvements, client care, and staff development.
• Help with scheduling, ensuring that services are provided in accordance with clients' needs and availability of staff.

Program Manager Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field of study from an accredited program, or in lieu of obtaining a Master’s degree, equivalent experience in the ABA field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a behavior analysis or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Experience managing a team of direct service providers (RBTs, therapists) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and management skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Knowledge and experience with ABA principles and treatment strategies.
• Familiar with data collection, analysis, and treatment planning software/tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
