Responsibilities:
System Maintenance & Support:
- Assist with the day-to-day administration of the HRIS, ensuring system functionality and integrity.
- Perform routine system updates, including patches and minor configurations, as directed by the HRIS Manager.
- Provide first-level support to users by troubleshooting system issues and escalating complex problems when necessary.
? Data Management:
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Generate standard reports to support HR and leadership teams.
Process Support:
- Assist in documenting workflows and system processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Support system testing for upgrades and new functionalities by preparing test scenarios and documenting results.
User Training:
- Provide basic training and support for HRIS users, including creating and maintaining user guides.
- Respond to user inquiries regarding system functionality and best practices.
? Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) by maintaining data security and confidentiality.
- Support risk mitigation efforts by following established data protection protocols.
Vendor Coordination:
- Communicate with HRIS vendors to address basic system issues or questions.
- Assist in gathering requirements and feedback for system improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, ADP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and data confidentiality requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools is a plus.
