Snow Shoveler

Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible pathways during the winter months. As a Snow Shoveler, you will be responsible for clearing snow from various surfaces, ensuring that properties remain safe for residents and visitors alike. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Duties

• Clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots using shovels and other equipment.
• Operate power tools and machinery as needed for efficient snow removal.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during snow removal operations.
• Assist with tree trimming and landscaping tasks as required during off-season or when conditions permit.
• Utilize hand tools effectively for various tasks related to lawn care, hardscape maintenance, and garden upkeep.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal tasks.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries while performing duties.

Experience

• Previous experience in snow removal or landscaping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment used in lawn care and hardscape projects is a plus.
• Experience in tree trimming or garden maintenance will be advantageous.
• A strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions are essential.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
