We are seeking a part-time Snow Shoveler to join our team on a flexible, on-call basis as a 1099 contractor. This role is critical in maintaining the accessibility and safety of our multifamily properties during the winter months. The position's hours depend on the seasonal snowfall, providing essential snow removal services as needed:
Responsibilities:
- Perform snow shoveling, snow blowing, salting, and sanding tasks to ensure clear and safe walkways, driveways, and common areas.
- Respond promptly to snowfall events to maintain property accessibility and safety.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong work ethic and effective time management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work under various winter weather conditions.
- High level of responsibility with a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
- Excellent physical condition and stamina are necessary for outdoor labor in cold, snowy conditions.
- Positive attitude, ability to work well within a team, and dedication to safety.
- Prior experience in maintenance or snow removal is beneficial but not required.
Compensation:
This is a part-time, on-call position with a base pay of $30 per hour.
