At Encadria Staffing Solutions LLC, we're committed to providing exceptional staffing solutions for our clients across the country. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in supporting ongoing safety and housekeeping processes at Georgia-Pacific's facilities.
The ideal candidate will have intermediate computer skills, including inventory management software and MS Office products. You'll be responsible for accurately recording weigh receipts for all truck receipts and shipments, managing onsite shuttle drivers to maintain warehouse levels, and utilizing the 'WinScale' computerized truck system.
In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as you'll work closely with colleagues and external partners to achieve our goals.
Some of your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for ongoing safety and housekeeping processes
- Accurately recording weigh receipts for all truck receipts and shipments
- Managing the onsite shuttle drivers to keep warehouse levels at or under capacity
- Onsite Driver and Trailer management through our Guard Gate system
- Working with GP Recycling on Recovered Fiber weight and quality issues
- Receiving inbound and outbound trucks utilizing the 'WinScale' computerized truck system
- Maintaining Woodyard and Recovered Fiber inventory level information
