This role will receive a competitive salary bonus benefits. The salary for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the below ranges for this role.
US Annual Base Salary Range: $56,000 - $70,000 plus bonus program. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.
Location: We are a hybrid work environment. This role can be remote or located in Corporate office located in Fort Collins, Colorado.
Travel: This position could require overnight travel to corporate offices. Additional travel could include attendance of conferences and trade shows.

What You'll Do
Employee Experience:
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations as necessary, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and conduct recruitment activities.
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, application reviews, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
- Assist employees with benefit enrollment, changes, and understanding available programs.
- Serve as a liaison with benefits providers to resolve employee issues.
- Support the open enrollment process and ensure compliance with benefits-related regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and leave policies.
- Process semi-monthly or monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines and other wage and hour information that affects payroll processing.
- Process and maintain employee Time & Attendance data.
- Process employee data for new hires, changes, additional earnings, etc.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain employment records in an accurate and timely manner.
- Generate HR reports and metrics as requested by leadership.
- Support the implementation of performance review processes, providing coaching to managers and employees as needed.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant HR experience, with exposure to various HR functions or an HR generalist role.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Certifications (Preferred but not required): PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional).
