Job Description :
Encore is seeking a dynamic, motivated, and well-connected professional specializing in business development to help drive the growth and success of our firm. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Business Development will be responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategic business opportunities that align with Encore’s growth objectives. This role focuses exclusively on business development and the establishment of long-term client partnerships, offering a unique opportunity to leverage your professional network without the responsibility of fulfilling executive search placements. As an integral member of the team, you will represent Encore’s commitment to excellence and embody our dedication to delivering exceptional client and candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand Encore’s client base and market presence.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at Fortune 1000 companies, private equity firms, healthcare systems, higher education institutions, and other target sectors.
- Leverage a strong C-level network to generate new business opportunities and establish long-term client partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership team to align business development efforts with Encore’s strategic objectives.
- Represent Encore at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships.
- Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards while consistently delivering world-class results.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform Encore’s service offerings and growth strategy.
