Encore Talent has partnered with a client in search of Marketing Coordinator on a direct hire basis.
This is a newly created position with our client in order to help maximize growth. Our client is looking for someone with a degree in Marketing targeting someone with 2-3 years of
marketing experience who can support sales prospecting and marketing activities.
Scope of Position:
The Marketing Coordinator will support the sales and marketing teams by identifying sales prospects, managing sales campaigns, assisting with trade shows, and enhancing digital marketing efforts. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and collaboration with various business units to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
Reporting Relationships:
- Reports to the Director of Sales
- No direct reports
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify sales leads using provided tools, conducting deep research into target industries, geographies, and organizations.
- Collaborate weekly with Key Account Managers and Business Development Representatives to focus on new business opportunities.
- Assist in positioning the company in industry publications and websites to enhance brand visibility.
- Research relevant industry organizations for networking and business development opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate trade show participation, including lead collection, pre-show communications, booth setup, and logistics.
- Develop and track sales campaigns, analyzing data to measure return on investment (ROI).
- Create sales collateral tailored to industries and specific products.
- Work with the website provider to improve website content and enhance the company's social media presence.
- Provide general support for marketing and sales efforts, assisting with additional customer-specific projects as needed.
- Perform other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of marketing experience
- Experience with website development and digital marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of business objectives and strategic thinking
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and take initiative
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and related software tools
Performance Metrics:
Success in this role will be measured by the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, trade show outcomes, campaign performance, and contributions to sales and marketing initiatives.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
