This role supports the VP, Segment Controller in managing all aspects of the financial reporting and control of the Endeavor Streaming business. This role will work closely with the operational business and collaborate with the wider finance network (both in the US and outside of US).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct monthly/quarterly close process, accruals, journal entries and inter-company journal entries.
- Prepare monthly B/S and P/L variance analysis and related supporting schedules.
- Prepare all B/S reconciliations.
- Review new customer agreements to determine billable items and proper revenue recognition.
- Make sure invoices created for all fixed and variable fees are accurate and done on time.
- Prepare weekly cashflow forecasting submissions, obtain payment approvals, set up wires and make sure payments are processed in a timely matter.
- Perform and comply with internal controls and policies to ensure conformance and compliance with internal financial controls, Sarbanes-Oxley and other statutory requirements.
- Support the Financial Controller and local teams with the year-end and interim audits as well as the preparation of the statutory accounts.
- Work closely with intercompany team to ensure inter-company balances match and resolve issue proactively.
- Assist with any projects and additional ad hoc requests.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 5 experience.
- Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational ability.
- Ability to consistently meet all deadlines

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience.
