Endless Mountain Extended Care, LLC is a male-only drug and alcohol treatment facility located in Factoryville, PA. The Financial Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the organization. As a member of the management team, the Financial Administrator will be involved in strategic planning, budget management, financial assessment, and supporting the facility's growth.
Duties:
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant financial data
- Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures.
- Updating daily transaction records
- Reconcile accounts monthly
- Managing accounts receivable and payable
- Manage facility expenses, and report findings regularly
- Maintain, process, and complete bi-weekly payroll.
- Establish and maintain vendor and supplier accounts, and process invoices
- Be a direct contact between EMEC, LLC and associated financial institutions
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow for Administration
- Coordinate and aide in all audit activities
- Continusoulsy develop, maintain, and improve systems
- Prepare all necessary documentation and forward to Accountant
- Prevent expense that do not fulfill the facility
- Prepare reports for Project Director as necessary
- Provide and maintain accurate bookkeeping
- Comply with DDAP, SCA and all governing bodies for the all licensing requirements and annual trainings.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Must possess excellent communication skills.

- Proficient with all office equipment and computer software.
- Must possess strong mathmatical skills.
- Intuit Quickbooks experience preferred.
- Must understand accounting best practices.
- Must have knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or other accounting framework.
- Must produce work with high level of accuracy.
- Must have at least an Associate's Degree and/or 3 years experience.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in a Drug and Alcohol rehabiliation environment.
- Must possess strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with a government Chart of Accounts is a plus.
