EPP is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Coordinator for our Support Center located in Brentwood, TN. This is a fully on-site position, with presence required in the office Monday through Friday. HR Coordinator Position Summary
The HR Coordinator will manage the daily administrative functions of the Human Resources department, providing critical support across several HR areas, including recruiting, onboarding, leave administration, benefits administration, payroll support, and system administration. This role is key in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive employee experience.
HR Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee morale and engagement events
- Respond to HR help desk tickets and employee inquiries
- Complete I-9 forms and process E-Verify checks
- Assist Talent Acquisition team with recruiting and onboarding
- Handle employment verifications and maintain records
- Coordinate and administer the employee recognition program
- Provide back-up support for payroll processing
- Assist with benefits administration
- Leave requests administration
- System administration
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
HR Coordinator Required Skills / Abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Paycom experience preferred but not required)
Education and Experience
- HS diploma
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of HR administrative experience
- HRIS experience – Paycom knowledge a plus
