What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Director position at Enerbase Cooperative Resources?
Enerbase is currently seeking a full time Human Resources Director. The ideal candidate will possess leadership skills, business acumen and strong relationship management skills. Essential duties and responsibilities include:
- Fully manage the employee life cycle of the organization including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance and talent development
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs, strategies, and regulatory items
- Develop and maintain appropriate policies and programs for effective management of human capital
- Competent to fulfill all compliance and regulatory matters on behalf of the organization including WSI payroll reporting, 401k audit and completion of 5500 filing, OSHA 300 logs, EEO-1 reporting, 1094-1095 reporting, etc.
- Handle all employee matters to point of resolution, professionally and confidentially
- Understand and maintain regulatory updates to ensure compliance
Education/Experience:
Must have a four-year degree with a business background, and 10 years of HR experience
Experience in a supervisory role

Effective and clear verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Proven expertise solving problems
