Pay Details: 33.38 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and seamless project execution.
- Serve as a key liaison between engineering and program management, driving technical and programmatic milestones.
- Manage cost, scope, and schedule as a Control Account Manager, applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
- Coordinate and facilitate team meetings, track action items, and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Provide technical oversight and collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Investigate and resolve engineering challenges related to assembly, testing, and procurement.
- Support proposal activities, develop Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and contribute to program planning efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5 years of relevant experience.
- OR an advanced degree with 3 years of experience.
- OR, in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. , lawful permanent , and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign that have received an export license.
- Experience in aerospace engineering, space systems, or related high-tech industries.
- Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and engineering project controls.
