EnerMech is looking for an experienced Hydraulic Supervisor to lead oil flushing, umbilical testing, and commissioning projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with deep expertise in high-pressure testing, hydraulic systems, and fluid cleanliness standards. You’ll oversee maintenance, testing, and commissioning activities while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Job Description

  • Proven experience in oil flushing, umbilical testing, and commissioning services.
  • Manage and supervise projects with a focus on safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to commercial and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of mechanical and pneumatic equipment, including hydraulic systems, pressure testing, and umbilical equipment.
  • Supervise lube oil flushing, hydraulic systems, and umbilical testing operations.
  • Conduct high-pressure testing of systems and components to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
  • Maintain and enforce cleanliness standards during the flushing and cleaning operations of fluid systems.
  • Review and develop detailed procedures for maintenance, flushing, testing, and commissioning activities.
  • Interpret P&IDs, ISO drawings, and other technical schematics.
  • Perform fluid particulate analysis in accordance with industry standards for hydraulic systems.
  • Complete all required project documentation and record-keeping.
  • Lead commissioning and pre-commissioning piping systems for oil and gas projects.
  • Assemble, test, repair, and refurbish mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment within the service department, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and repair system faults down to the component level.
  • Ensure all documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Optimize personnel utilization in the workshop and track any non-productive time.
  • Ensure workshop activities are completed on time and within budget, aligning with departmental KPIs.
  • Serve as the focal point for continuous improvement initiatives within the service department to enhance plant capabilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of high-pressure testing systems and hydraulic components.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Visio, and Bluebeam.
  • Familiarity with cleanliness standards for rotating and hydraulic equipment.
  • Strong understanding of P&IDs, ISO drawings, and fluid particulate analysis standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in both offshore and onshore oil and gas projects.
