Job Description:
Enfinity Global is seeking a full-time IT-OT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This IT-OT Support Specialist will manage both Information Technology and Operational Technology systems to ensure seamless operations and security.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with over a year of IT experience. Knowledge of renewable energy infrastructure and Spanish language skills are a plus. Join us to gain hands-on experience, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to impactful projects in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with helpdesk tickets and user issues.
- Set up and troubleshoot hardware and software installations.
- Manage user devices and monitor for security threats.
- Administer Microsoft 365 Tenant and support administrative IT tasks.
- Participate in projects like simplifying Microsoft licenses and setting up videoconferencing rooms.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic IT and infrastructure knowledge in the renewable energy industry.
- 1 year(s) of IT experience.
- IT skills in renewable energy.
- English fluency in writing and speaking, Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
