Position Overview

As the Head of Growth & Strategy, you will spearhead recruitment efforts to attract top-performing real estate agents with a minimum annual sales volume of $4M. Your role will directly impact the growth and profitability of Engel & Völkers Miami by driving agent acquisition, fostering retention, and refining our market strategies.

This is a high-impact role ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in business development, strategy, and the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Agent Recruitment & Retention :
Develop and execute strategies to recruit top-producing agents with a focus on luxury real estate.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying prospects to onboarding new agents.
Strategic Growth :
Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve ambitious revenue and market growth goals.
Leverage data and analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and key markets.
Market Positioning :
Conduct competitive analysis to position Engel & Völkers as the premier choice for luxury real estate professionals.
Communicate the company’s value proposition effectively to prospective agents.
Leadership & Collaboration :
Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and sales) to align on growth initiatives.
Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, contributing to the overall vision and direction of the brokerage.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3 years in real estate recruitment

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment and revenue goals.

Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis platforms.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $135,000 annually.
