Duties:
- Supervise office activities and operations to ensure efficiency
- Quote product to customers
- Compile submittal data for customers
- Handle vendor management by maintaining relationships and overseeing contracts
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients and colleagues
- Efficiently manage calendars, appointments, and schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Strong budgeting skills to effectively manage office expenses
- Ability to plan and execute events with attention to detail
- Excellent vendor management skills to ensure smooth operations
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments efficiently
