Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user technical issues.
- Consult with users to determine hardware, software, and system specifications.
- Complete IT support tickets promptly and efficiently.
- Assist with the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
- Maintain network and system documentation.
- Contribute to network and system upgrades.
- Monitor and update company IT equipment.
- Support the EMS Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
