The IT Help Desk Technicians are vital to any organization, providing essential technical support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems. They handle troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues, delivering prompt solutions to keep productivity high. Their responsibilities include responding to service requests, assisting with system configurations, and ensuring that all software and hardware are correctly installed and updated. This role is crucial for maintaining a reliable and efficient IT environment, supporting the daily operations of the organization

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user technical issues.
• Consult with users to determine hardware, software, and system specifications.
• Complete IT support tickets promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment.
• Maintain network and system documentation.
• Contribute to network and system upgrades.
• Monitor and update company IT equipment.
• Support the EMS Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
