Job Description:
Maintain the highest quality work to continuously ensure customer satisfaction, retrieve route the calls to the correct individual. This ideal office professional will be responsible for performing clerical and organizational tasks to support other office staff handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and ensuring smooth office operations through detailed organization and communication skills.
Job Duties:
- Maintain the highest quality work to ensure customer satisfaction continuously
- Support customers by providing excellent service
- Must have excellent communication, computer, and writing skills
- Run errands as requested
- Greet and welcome onsite guests
- Develop and implement an organized filing system
- Perform all other assigned office tasks
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year in an office environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Accuracy in handling data and ensuring information is correct
- Efficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Effective planning and ability to manage workload efficiently
- Maintaining discretion when handling sensitive information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
