As an IT Manager, you will oversee all help desk operations, ensure the smooth functioning of our IT systems, and drive security initiatives. Youll hire, train, and mentor IT personnel while managing hardware, software, and telecommunication systems. Your Impact
- IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee system performance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and develop IT staff to maximize efficiency.
- Help Desk Oversight: Manage ticketing systems and ensure SLA compliance.
- Hardware & Software Administration: Maintain and optimize IT systems across multiple locations.

What You Bring to the Table
? 5 years of IT experience with a strong background in system administration.
? Supervisory experience in an IT environment, leading teams to success.
? PowerShell expertise (1 year experience with scripting).
? Active Directory management (3 years in a Microsoft Windows Server environment).
? Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
? Passion for continuous improvement and ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
