Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting/ Administrative Clerk to join our successful lawn and landscaping company. Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with accounting, statistical reports and other administrative tasks as directed. Daily tasks would include payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and database entries. Also taking customer calls and routing customer request and needs to the proper channel. The idea candidate would need to be competent with Microsoft Office applications, databases and some type of accounting software,
Must be very detail-oriented and have good math and organizational skills. Position requires good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to multi task while meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy.
Schedule: Monday thru Friday
8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Holidays off - unpaid
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
