Job Definition:
The Accounting and Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for daily office operations including answering the phone, front desk support, and monitoring social media; human resource operations including maintaining applicant files and overseeing pre-hire testing; and accounting support including accounts payable distribution, expense report preparation, and basic reconciliations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide front-desk support, including answering the phones and monitoring front door entry.
- Prepare basic accounting reconciliations and reports.
- Provide basic human resource support, including monitoring job applications and pre-hire testing.
- Keep management informed by preparing and reviewing expense reports, analyzing special reports, summarizing information, and identifying trends.
- Assist with the retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
- Organize office operations and procedures, assist with human resource functions, manage correspondence, design filing systems, and monitor clerical functions.
- Other clerical tasks as needed.
Education Requirement:
- High School Diploma
Experience Preferred (but not required):
- Previous experience in an administrative office management role, human resources, or accounting function.
