Our mission is to provide employers and employees with a seamless, automated health benefits experience that meets the demands of the modern workforce.What You'll Do : The Account Manager provides a strategic, high-touch service experience to employers, PEOs, and TPAs offering ICHRA through BizCare. The candidate will be the service lead and subject matter expert on their assigned accounts.The role's primary responsibilities include (but are not solely limited to) the initial quoting process, enrollment strategy (open and perpetual), employer systems onboarding, billing support, mitigating escalated employee issues, the renewal process, and maintaining client relationships. This position will be in-office out of BizCare's Clearwater location.Requirements : Have an active Health & Life Insurance license Excellent verbal and written communication skills Working knowledge of the individual health insurance space 1-3 years of experience in customer service or account management (preferably in the insurance / employee benefits industry) Proficient in time management and multi-tasking Must comply in protecting employees' PHI and HIPAA information Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-sufficient environment Dedication to providing white-glove customer service
