Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping us achieve our business goals. Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials and collateral, including brochures, flyers, postcards, blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters
• Collaborate with the sales team to manage brand and marketing initiatives – planning, implementing and monitoring the success of marketing campaigns
• Write and edit content for different platforms such as social media, website, and press releases to build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to manage brand and marketing initiatives – planning, implementing and monitoring the success of marketing campaigns.
• Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor campaigns efficiency and analyze trends.
• Create new strategies to solve problems and hit new marketing goals with successful outcomes
• Assist with marketing automation tasks, such as setting up email workflows and tracking campaign performance

Required Skills:

• BS in Marketing, Communications or 2 years relevant work experience in the field
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign)
• Experience with print marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Digital photography and video editing experience a plus
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social skills

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
