Location : Pontiac, MI 48341
Pay Rate : $45,000-$50,000
Description :
Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Residential Home Manager / Driver in the Pontiac area. This person must driver residents to work, appointments and any other assigned activities.
Essential Functions :
Establish strong, appropriate, and caring working relationships with victims of human trafficking in a residential environment.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with other organizations as needed, for care coordination and response.
Coordinate closely with the Clinical Case Coordinator and other staff members to carry out the mission and development of an ever-improving system of care for the survivors the organization serves.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and data gathering on clients to track program progress and outcomes of the services provided.
Participate in program planning
First responder to after hour residential needs
2 years of experience in trauma informed care
Bachelors degree in social work preferred
Strong communication skills / team player
Ability to manage multiple responsibility and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to write and maintain case notes in a timely manner
Integrity and Humility
Organizational skills and detail oriented
Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance necessary.
Ability to attend meetings, trainings on or off site.
Understanding and uphold confidentiality
Willing to work evenings and weekend as required (Flex Hours)
Experience in case and / or residential management or equivalent position with experience working with trauma, substance abuse, sexual exploitation, victim assistance, child protective service, youth in foster care or human trafficking populations.
