Job Position : Residential Manager / Driver

Location : Pontiac, MI 48341

Pay Rate : $45,000-$50,000

Description :

Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Residential Home Manager / Driver in the Pontiac area. This person must driver residents to work, appointments and any other assigned activities.

Essential Functions :

• Establish strong, appropriate, and caring working relationships with victims of human trafficking in a residential environment.
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with other organizations as needed, for care coordination and response.
• Coordinate closely with the Clinical Case Coordinator and other staff members to carry out the mission and development of an ever-improving system of care for the survivors the organization serves.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and data gathering on clients to track program progress and outcomes of the services provided.
• Participate in program planning
• First responder to after hour residential needs
• 2 years of experience in trauma informed care
• Bachelor's degree in social work preferred
• Strong communication skills / team player
• Ability to manage multiple responsibility and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to write and maintain case notes in a timely manner
• Integrity and Humility
• Organizational skills and detail oriented
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance necessary.
• Ability to attend meetings, trainings on or off site.
• Understanding and uphold confidentiality
• Willing to work evenings and weekend as required (Flex Hours)
• Experience in case and / or residential management or equivalent position with experience working with trauma, substance abuse, sexual exploitation, victim assistance, child protective service, youth in foster care or human trafficking populations.
