What You’ll Do:
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and the central coordinator of our daily operations. You’ll answer the phones, run the scheduling software, and help make sure every job is booked, every tech is assigned, and every customer feels taken care of.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule and book electrical service jobs using our digital platform (Housecall Pro)
- Assign technicians to jobs based on skill, location, and availability
- Manage and track inventory of tools, supplies, and materials
- Support office and admin tasks (filing, follow-ups, ordering, etc.)
- Keep the team organized, informed, and moving efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills—confident and clear on the phone
- Detail-oriented and organized—you can juggle tasks without dropping balls
- Comfortable using tech (email, scheduling software, etc.)
- Reliable and self-motivated—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Kind, professional, and team-minded
- Previous experience in admin, customer service, or office coordination is a big plus
- Previous experience in home service industry is a big plus
