Summary: Seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support professional with expertise in monitoring, managing, and triaging changes to the information technology infrastructure.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in infrastructure support activities
- Experience in infrastructure and application domain functions
- Practical experience in monitoring, managing, event, change, and incident management
- Ability to perform information analysis for resolving infrastructure problems
- Experience with identifying and applying new IT infrastructure components
Preferred Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to support strategic business plans and processes
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, report, collaborate, and triage changes within established processes
- Handle low complexity infrastructure problems and routine improvements
- Provide basic level infrastructure support for defined portions of a single technology
- Deliver infrastructure technology for multi-functional business needs
- Interact with business partners on tactical issues and suppliers as needed
Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
