About the Role:
- We are looking for an individual with strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities to manage customer site visits, respond to product-related inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams.
- The successful candidate will have experience working with hydraulic and electrical control systems, proficiency in 3D CAD software, and a proven track record of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute key customer site visits and meetings regularly to ensure timely and effective solutions.
- Oversee and respond to customer and dealer inquiries related to product issues, coordinating with appropriate internal teams and resources.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries concerning Mining products.
- Gather and analyze field data to drive product enhancements for both new and existing mining products.
- Support Field Representatives during the commissioning of new mining products and facilitate follow-up meetings with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and implement processes for continuous product improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical control systems.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Unigraphics/NX preferred).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel 20% - 30%, often with short notice.
