Job Description Summary

The Investor Relations Intern will provide support for Enterprise's Investor Relations and Capital Originations teams in their capital raising efforts for Enterprise products. Specifically, the IR Intern will support investor due diligence requests, management of Investor Relations and Capital Originations team contacts, fund closing logistics and investor approvals. The IR Intern will also assist with the general needs of the Investor Relations and Capital Originations teams. It is essential that the candidate be a self-starter who is relationship oriented, highly organized, analytical, detail oriented and interested in learning the business of the Company.

Job Description

Responsibilities :

Create and maintain materials required for investor due diligence and consent requests.

Assist with investor reporting requests.

Update IR contacts and restructure existing marketing campaigns in Enterprise's CRM (C ontent M anagement S ystem ) Salesforce.

Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications :

We are seeking a graduate or undergraduate student with experience and / or strong interest in affordable housing and inclusive community development.

Coursework and / or experience in finance, real estate and / or financial modeling preferred.

Thorough knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to manage large quantities of information with demonstrated attention to detail.

Demonstrated ability to work productively and accurately in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and stringent deadlines.

Ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships.

You will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing.

The base pay for this role is $18 to $23 for undergraduate students and $23-$28 for graduate students, depending on level of skills and experience.

The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.Thank you for your interest in joining the Enterprise team in our effort and commitment to serve others.
