Common Tasks
- Answer phones and manage incoming calls with professionalism.
- Maintain electronic filing systems with meticulous attention to detail.
- Foster an easygoing and organized office environment conducive to focused work.
- Organize local events (meals, meetings, off-site activities) and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate with the administrative team for company-wide events, distributions, initiatives, etc.
- Maintain shared areas like conference room, kitchen, and open workspaces to ensure tidiness.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring everything is readily available.
- Prepare for and clean up after company events and client meetings.
- Perform minor technical troubleshooting, escalating issues and monitoring resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one (1) year direct customer service experience required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Working knowledge of general office equipment.
- Work predominantly in an office environment.
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing for extended periods.
- See, hear, and communicate with others in varying conditions using various methods.
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
- Lift or move up to 50 lbs.
