MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of proven experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a healthcare setting.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with financial modeling tools.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical abilities and the capacity to interpret complex financial data.Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage a team effectively and collaborate across departments.Integrity: High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and problem-solving skills.Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- CPA designation preferred.
- Additional related education and/or experience is a plus.
