The Controller is expected to actively lead, mentor, and develop a highly-functioning, cohesive team, as well as work to promote cross departmental teamwork, alignment, and collaboration. The Controller will work with the management team to provide long term strategic planning as well as create focus on delivering near term results. The Controller will be responsible for managing all the division's accounting and financial reporting, human resources, and credit-related activities. The Controller will need to personally demonstrate the values that make up the company's Culture.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day company accounts
- Assist with financial planning
- Oversee Budget forecasting and cash flow management
- Ensure government compliance in all tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 5 years experience (manufacturing industry highly preferred)
- MBA or CPA a big plus
- Proficiency with current financial software
- Understanding of US GAAP
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
