Your Role: Head of Customer Administration
We are seeking a data-driven, process-oriented leader with an engineering mindset to optimize and scale Entyre Care's customer administration and onboarding operations. This role requires a structured thinker who can analyze complex workflows, leverage data to drive efficiency, and build scalable processes to support a high-growth organization.
You will bridge the gap between the Clinical Team and Sales & Customer Success Team, ensuring a seamless customer experience through automation, process improvement, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles (e.g., process optimization, automation, data analytics) to streamline and scale customer administration operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement structured process improvements (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, workflow automation) to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Utilize CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), data analytics tools, and workflow automation to optimize customer administration.
- Lead a high-performing team by fostering a problem-solving culture and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure seamless communication and alignment between Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success Teams.
Job requirements
Qualifications Required:
- 5 years of experience in customer administration, business operations, or a related leadership role in a high-growth, service-driven environment.
- Degree in Software, Data Science, Math, Industrial, or Bio Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in process automation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—ability to break down complex workflows and optimize for scalability.
- Experience with CRM systems, customer service platforms, or workflow automation tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
