Experience & Skills
- Experienced individual with experience sourcing talent in a high-volume, in-house environment;
- Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche industries and roles;
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter;
- Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates;
- Experience identifying trends and insights from response and conversion rates to make data-driven recommendations for iterative improvements;
- Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines and track sourcing activities effectively.
