In joining us as a Lead/Principal Engineer you will be technically hands on developing and architecting solutions, whilst contributing to the advancement of our code base and brand-new products.

About you
You are an experienced Senior Engineer who is passionate about building innovative solutions with tangible impact. You thrive on developing and enhancing applications as your focus will be on architecture, design, and programming. High code quality and the ability to continuously improve and fine-tune existing processes are what you’re about.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain critical backend infrastructure components to ensure platform stability and performance.
- Ensure high-performance database management and Backup and Restore processes. Contribute to web upgrade performance enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve backend infrastructure issues.
- Utilize technologies such as C#, SQL, GoLang , and PowerShell Script for backend enhancements.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a technical excellence culture.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features and services.
