· Assist President, Executives, and other department personnel as needed
· Operate computers with various software to record, store and analyze information, etc.
· Create and manage spreadsheets as requested
· Maintain Internal Commination system with current information
· Operate 10 key calculators, computer, postage meter and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents
· Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records
· Assist in answering phone at front desk
· Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations
· Read and answer email on a continuous basis.
· Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
· MRP system.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training.

Stand or Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sitting) 75 percent or more of the time.
Walk: The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
Use hands/fingers to handle or feel: Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery (i.e., a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer) Repetitive movement is also required.
Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance: Occasionally ascends/descends stairs to assist other departments.
Stoop, Kneel, Crouch, or Crawl: The person in this position needs to use these positions to access file cabinets, drawers or other office.
Talk/Hear: The person in this position regularly communicates with other employees and customers via phone or in person.

Carry Weight, Lift, Push or Pull: Frequently moves boxes of files and other boxes containing paper or misc. items. The employee must occasionally lift, move, push, and/or carry up to 25lbs, and rarely lift, move, push, and/or carry up to 50lbs.
