We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who is organized, proactive, and ready to play a vital role in supporting our Sales & Marketing team. What You’ll Do
- Handle incoming calls, marketing leads, and sales email inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain updated marketing and events calendars
- Help plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, and conferences
- Update sales and marketing metrics weekly using EOS scorecards
- Organize event leads and input data into CRM; assign follow-ups to sales reps
- Keep CRM system organized and accurate—manage templates, forms, reports, and dashboards
- Help update and maintain our Sales & Marketing Playbook
- Assist in onboarding new sales team members as a mentor
- Arrange travel and conference bookings for the team
- Track contract statuses and alert the Contracts Manager of upcoming expirations
- Research federal and government procurement sites for potential opportunities
- Log bid opportunities and maintain the bid board
- Support in preparing proposals—organizing, editing, and finalizing content
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated with a “figure-it-out” mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent required
- 4 years of administrative or business support experience
- Previous experience in sales support is a plus
