We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Manager Radiology Integration.
Responsibilities
- Gain and maintain understanding of regional radiology operations, both onsite and distributed. Manage key stakeholders
- Leveraging key clinical and operational stakeholders, identify and rank barriers to operational integration and performance
- Utilizing DMAIC, or similar methodology, develop and drive performance improvement projects to completion
- Serve as a tactical leader for workflow changes related to Radiology care delivery models in an assigned market. In partnership with both Onsite and Distributed Operational Unit leadership, identify plan, and monitor operational and technology projects through completion by aligning internal resources to support strategic goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to define goals, service line strategy, and operating models to ensure execution on those goals within their assigned market.
- Understand and articulate gaps between Clinical, IT, business strategy, and operations in terms of achieving sound service delivery models that optimize performance within their assigned market
- Assist in creating awareness among facility/key hospital personnel about Envision services, including care delivery models and quality/safety programs. Respond appropriately to inquiries on Envision workflows and systems that enable care delivery models and the quality/safety programs within their assigned market.
- Within the assigned market, implement and maintain workflow design and support practices to ensure effectiveness in achieving performance metrics as identified by strategic leadership.
- In coordination with Clinical and Operational Leadership, liaise with internal and external customers to facilitate problem resolution and goal setting.
- Within the assigned market, assure timely workflow troubleshooting occurs, including appropriate response to user issues or requests. Facilitate resolution of problems with external vendors and internal resources or other technical support as necessary and appropriate.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University and 7 or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Background in performance improvement (Six Sigma or similar methodology)
- Background in radiology or hospital operations strongly preferred
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of:
- Microsoft Office Suite – Strong skills in Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
- Browser-based technology
- Mobile access/operating systems
- Various clinical systems (EMR/HIS/RIS/PACS/etc.)
