Job Description
Envoy Title is seeking an experienced Title Settlement Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate Title and Settlement Field. This professional will ensure accuracy in title examinations, prepare closing documents, and provide exceptional customer service to clients and agents. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delving into the complexities of title settlements, contributing to Envoy Title's ultimate goal of delivering seamless and efficient closing experiences.
Job Requirements:
- Licensed Title Agent Required
- Be able to review lender closing instructions.
- Know how to prepare CD, HUD-1 and ALTA.
- Get an approval of CD from the lender/broker.
- Order all documents needed to close escrow in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with all involved parties, including Broker and Lender, on closings.
- Keep up to date on the calendar for all closings and necessary actions related.
- MUST HAVE Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task!
- Prior Real Estate experience/knowledge preferred
- Resolve issues with the title department – i.e., legal, easements, splits, federal tax liens, abstracts of judgment, vesting, bankruptcies, boundary and encroachment disputes)
- Follows company P&P as well as state standards.
- Effective Communication Skills; return all calls and emails in a timely manner
- Performs other duties as assigned
